The rental includes the basic rent, business rates, water rates, heating, electricity and building insurance. Full use of all communal facilities, general maintenance and cleaning of communal areas. This results in your office costs being known and fixed, thus allowing better cash flow budgeting.
There are no set up fees or legal costs, just simply one month's rent in advance and the equivalent amount lodged as a security deposit, which is refunded upon vacation.
