OFFICE SPACE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

There is a minimum term of 3 months which is then renewable monthly thereafter.

The inclusive rents quoted for all Suites in all Centres will include Service Charges and the use of all communal. facilities within each building, Car parking is also included where available.

Service Charges comprise Business Rates, Water Rates, Electricity, Gas, Heating, Insurance, excluding contents, General Maintenance, Communal Area Cleaning, Office Waste Disposal, Alarms/Security and the Administration / Management Costs applicable to each Suite.

A Security deposit equal to one month's inclusive rent is payable upon reservation on all lettings and refundable on vacation.
