OFFICE SPACE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

Minimum term 4 months, monthly thereafter.

The inclusive rents quoted for all Suites in all Centres will include Service Charges and the use of all communal. facilities within each building, i.e. Kitchen equipped with Refrigerator, Kettle, etc. and the cleaning of all communal areas. Car parking is also included where available.

Service Charges include Business Rates, Water Rates, Electricity, Gas, Heating, Insurance, excluding contents, General Maintenance, Office Waste Disposal, Alarms/Security and the Administration / Management Costs applicable to each Suite.

Broadband is available at all our Business Centres

A Security deposit equal to two month's inclusive rent is payable upon reservation on all lettings and refundable on vacation.
