COMPANY BACKGROUND
The ManorCrown Group has been supplying office space within Business Centres for over
20 years in various locations throughout eastern England.
These offices are available in size's from 100 to 750 square feet with many being
arranged to create a suite of offices if required, They are suitable for individuals starting a new business, those who work from home and now need, or would prefer, to work in a more professional business environment, individuals who work for larger companies, whose company needs a local
satellite office and of course established businesses who employ a small and not so small number of people.
The attraction for any individual or business is the high degree of flexibility of an easy in/easy out arrangement being achieved by a simple monthly licence contract with a fixed rent that covers all overheads including the basic rent, business rates, water
charges, electricity, heating, lighting, waste disposal, cleaning of communal areas,
general maintenance, insurance, etc. etc. The only additional costs being
your own telephone/communications arrangements. With this one fixed monthly payment all of the usual overheads of accommodation are known in advance,
leaving budgeting much more simple. Access is available to all of our offices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
All offices are fully carpeted and with window blinds.
Initially offices are available on a three month minimum term and thereafter on a monthly basis. An additional service for the supply of work stations is available. An example package per person would comprise a single pedestal desk, desk chair and filing cabinet at
£50 p.c.m. Other combinations of furniture or other office equipment can be supplied with prices
quoted on request. Those who wish to supply their own furniture and / or equipment for an office are free to do so and of course there would be no charge.
